What changed for the business.
Before
Guests House needed a scalable platform that could manage property content through WordPress while providing guests with a faster, more interactive booking experience. The system also needed to support multiple locations, direct-booking discounts, member access, extended stays, and mobile users.
What I changed
Developed a hybrid architecture using WordPress for backend administration, content, SEO pages, and property information, with React powering the interactive booking interface. The two systems were connected through APIs, allowing content teams to manage the website easily while guests received a responsive and streamlined booking journey.
